Custom Branding Overview

Foxit eSign offers many Custom Branding options including adding logos, customized email templates, personalized colors and more.

Logo

(Requires Admin/Super Admin Access and Business Premium/Enterprise Plan)

Upload your company logo under 'Company' settings from the Settings tab. The logo can be displayed on all outgoing email notifications, signature certificates, Online Form Instructions and Success Message, and in the application to be displayed for all users.

Personalize Application Colors

Add your company's look and feel to Foxit eSign by using your customized application colors.

Customize Instructions

Users can customize the instructions and the consent pop up window displayed in the signing workflow; a Decline and Accept button can be added to both. You can add consent in the beginning of the signing process, or at the end of signing based on your requirements and preference. Enable Custom Instructions in Sending/Signing under the Settings tab.

Redirect to Company Websites

Foxit eSign can redirect a recipient to another URL/page after completion.

Fields

Hyperlink Fields

Include hyperlinks in invitations, all outgoing emails, in customized instructions and in the document itself.

Image Fields

Embed a logo, seal or image into the document.

Personalized Fields

Customize the fields you are using often. Like Templates, but for fields! Create your own fields in the Personalized Field subtab under the Settings tab. Once created, find them on the bottom left in the Envelope and Template creation pages.
