If Organization has files within Sharepoint and want to be able to integrate with Sharepoint to Check in/ Check Out documents, Save directly to Sharepoint, Convert files to PDF, and Combine Files
Navigate to File> Open> Add a Place> Sharepoint
Copy and paste the specific organization Sharepoint URL. User can add a display name if they would like
Users can now navigate to their Sharepoint drive and access documents to open directly in Foxit PDF. Opening a non PDF file will automatically convert it to a PDF within the software.
To combine files directly from Sharepoint, users can navigate to Convert Tab within Foxit PDF> Combine Files> Add Files> Select Sharepoint from the dropdown as shown below.
Select the files to be combined and it will create a new PDF file within the software. Navigate to File> Save As> Select the Sharepoint Place that was added. User can then browse to a specific folder within the Sharepoint Drive to save to.
