If a user is adding comments to a PDF document through a hosted Foxit application on a Citrix Server and the name is showing another username like listed below, please follow the steps in this guide.

If option is checked and issue is persisting, please have MSP/ Citrix Admin check the Citrix Server for the following:
If there are multiple Citrix Servers, check the recent connected servers that the user was connected to and make sure there are no stuck profiles on any of them. You can check this by navigating to Task Manager> Users. If there is a stuck session or handle on any of their recent connected servers, that could explain why it is showing the wrong name in the annotation. Delete any user profiles or stuck sessions on recent Citrix Servers.
If there is only one server or there are no stuck sessions/ handles on the recent servers, the user may need a new windows profile on the Network Drive or Citrix Profile. this can be handled by the MSP/ Citrix Admin. It is possible that there is something corrupted in the user's Appdata and giving them a new profile in their Cloud Environment will recreate the folders.
