1. Application Permissions
Login to your Azure Portal and Click on App registrations
Select New registration → All applications → choose your app
Click on API permissions → Add a permission → APIs my organization users → Microsoft Graph
Click on Application permissions
Choose User → User.Read.All → Click Add permissions
Click on Grant admin consent for <Your Directory>
You will notice the status of the directory will display as Granted
2. User sync configuration in Azure AD and Admin Console
Back to Home → Azure Active Directory → App registrations → All applications → Click <your app> → overview, get Application (Client) ID and Directory (tenant) ID
Go to Certificates & secrets, click on New Client Secret, enter Description and Expiration. (We recommend setting the expiration to either never or the longest possible)
Copy the Value of the Client secret
Paste Application (Client) ID, Directory (tenant) ID and secret value of Microsoft Azure into Application ID, Directory (tenant) ID and Application Secret of Foxit Admin Console respectively.
Then click Sync Users, and if successful, you will see a Users Synced Successfully message.
That's it. From now on your Users in Microsoft Azure AD will synchronize with the Foxit Admin Console.
