Does Your Service Allow Me To Complete The Document Without A Signature?
This feature allows the sender to send the document without the signature field assigned to the signers. The document will get executed without the signatures, but the recipient details will be captured at the time of acceptance of the document.
Under account settings, there is an option “Allow Signers to Complete the Document without Signature Fields”. The default setting for this option is “No”, and in order to send the document to signer without adding the signature fields, you need to make it “Yes”.
Once the feature is enabled, the signer can complete the document by filling the document. The signature certificate will capture the “Document Approved By” the signer.
This feature must be added to your account. If the feature is enabled and set up correctly, then it will allow the sender to send the document for completion without the signature field.
