- Unable to login to the AIP/RMS plugin. Or;
- Not prompted to login. Or;
- Prompted to login but then nothing happens.
Go to "C:\Users\<USSERNAME>\AppData\Local\Microsoft" once there delete folder "MSIPC"
Also, delete the folder "MSIPC" from reg "Computer\HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft"
