While Foxit Reader for windows desktop application itself doesn't provide the sync documents among devices this feature,it does support accessing and saving PDFs in ECM systems or cloud services, as shown in the screenshot below:
This feature is called ‘ECM and Cloud integration’. So that you could use this feature in Foxit Reader to sync PDF files between multiple devices.
For example,you could choose to make changes in 11.pdf this PDF document on A Computer,and click on “File”menu in Foxit Reader>”Save As”>”Add a place”>”Google Drive” to save as A.pdf to Google Drive cloud.
Then switch to B Computer ,open Foxit Reader on B computer,click on “File”tab>”Open”>”Add a place” to access Google Drive cloud again and open the A.pdf there.
