Cause and Solution
The registration code being used is IP or MAC address limited, which means that it could only activate Foxit PhantomPDF application within specific IP sections or MAC addresses.
However, your current device is linking to an unauthorized IP or the MAC address of current device is not an allowed one. To solve this issue, please connect your device to the authorized IP sections or switch to another device with permitted MAC address before try to activate Foxit PhantomPDF again.
To find the allowed the IP sections or MAC address for your activation code, please search through your e-mail message to see if there is an order email from Foxit Software Incorporated email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org ,
then find your registration code and its corresponding authorized IP/MAC information there.
If still cannot find any, please access this page to create a ticket to Foxit support to proceed.
Following is about how to find the IP address and Mac address for local machine:
1:Press the Windows Start key on keyboard to open the Start screen.
2:Type cmd and press Enter key on keyboard to launch the command prompt
3:Type "ipconfig /all" at the command prompt to check the network card settings.
4:Then you will find the MAC (Physical Address) and IP (IPv4 Address) address which are listed under the appropriate adapter.
