Cause and Solution
The activation code being used cannot be able to activate the current installed product. This error arises from the wrong product has been installed. For example, when customer uses a registration code for Foxit PhantomPDF for MAC or Enterprise Foxit Reader for windows desktop to activate on Foxit PhantomPDF for windows desktop.
To solve this problem, please switch to another computer with operating system compatible with your activation code if needed, then install the correct product that your registration code works for and try to activate it again.
Given that your registration code is for Foxit PhantomPDF for Mac, but the current device is a computer runs windows 10 OS. For this situation, first you have to switch to another computer with Apple macOS installed.
To find the download link of the allowed product for your activation code, you have the following optional ways:
The first method: search through your e-mail message to see if there is an order email from Foxit Software Incorporated email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org, then find the software download link there.
The second method: Find your order information and the download link of your purchased software under your Foxit account on Foxit website. Click here to know how to do that.
Note: Foxit PhantomPDF registration code is not interchangeable between Windows and MacOS
