Activation or deactivation failed. Error code:ERR107.
Cause and Solution
Foxit has set respective Distributor ID for different versions of Foxit PhantomDPF. The official version, customized versions and OEM versions, they all have their own Distributor IDs. The activation code is not exchangeable among different versions.
For example, when customer uses a registration code for customized version of Foxit PhantomPDF to activate on official version of Foxit PhantomPDF, then the ERR107 would pop up.
To solve this problem, please uninstall the current installed version and install the correct version that your registration code works for and try to activate it again.
To find the download link of the allowed version for your activation code, you have the following optional ways:
The first method: search through your e-mail message to see if there is an order email from Foxit Software Incorporated email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org, then find the software download link there.
