Cause and Solution
The activation code being used cannot be able to activate the current installed version. This error arises from the wrong version of Foxit PDF Editor has been installed. For example, when customer uses a registration code for official version to activate on a customized version or an OEM version.
To solve this problem, please uninstall the current installed Foxit PDF Editor and install the corresponding version that your registration code works for, then try to activate Foxit PDF Editor again.
To find the download link of the allowed version for your activation code, you have the following optional ways:
The first method: search through your e-mail message to see if there is an order email from Foxit Software Incorporated email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org, then find the software download link there.
