A PDF portfolio allows you to package multiple documents together into one PDF file, even documents that are not PDF’s. Once the portfolio is created, a coversheet can be generated which will advise of the list of documents within the portfolio.
There are several ways to create a PDF portfolio using Foxit PDF Editor
- Create A Portfolio of Important Emails using Foxit Plugin in Outlook. After you’ve selected all your important emails to be converted to a portfolio, click Selected Message > Create New PDF.
To ensure your New PDF is outputted as a PDF portfolio rather than individual PDF files, go to Advanced icon (as seen above). You will then be prompted with the below window. Ensure that Include Attachment is checked to keep attachments to emails, as well as Output PDF portfolio as highlighted below.
2. Another way to create a PDF portfolio is within Foxit PDF Editor. Go to Convert > Create a new PDF Portfolio.
After which, you’ll be prompted with this window. Here you can add 3D objects, Music, Pictures, and documents to your PDF portfolio.
- Lastly, you can create a PDF portfolio by going to Convert > Create a Blank Portfolio.
Here you will be able to Add Files, Add Folders, even Add Open Files that are not saved to create your new PDF portfolio.
