After purchasing subscription of Foxit PhantomPDF organization, organization manager first needs to configure team members for the organization subscription to allow them to log in and activate Foxit PhantomPDF with their respective email addresses. To add or remove a member of Foxit PhantomPDF subscription organization, please complete the following steps:
1.Once you compelete the order, on the order confirmation page you could see the click here, please click it.
2. In you account> Orders, you can see the Subscription button there.You could add members by click the Add member.
3.In the blank field, please enter the E-mail address which you would like to add him/her as a member of the origination, then click on Submit button. If you need to add more than one email addresses in the blank field at once, please enter them separately by semicolons (;).
4. Your member will receive an email from us. The member can activate the Phantom pdf subscription by follow the steps in the email.
5.You could also delete the member by click the Remove button in your account.
6. If you want to manage the members next time, you could also login your account on our website and go to My Orders> Subscription> Manage.
