To increase your productivity even further, consider customizing the toolbar to show your favorite commands, add the commands you use the most frequently, and even remove the ones you don’t use. Here’s how.
- Right Click anywhere on the Ribbon and select "Customize the Ribbon..." or from the Quick Access Toolbar select the same option
- Go to Customize Ribbon
- Create a Tab / add tools to a New Tab as shown below or if you want to add tools to an existing Tab select the Tab and click on "New Group"

- Find the tool you'd like to add to your new Tab/Group from the list. (In order to remove commands, click on the group to the right below.)
- Click Add or Remove
- Select OK
