A PDF Portfolio is a file which contains multiple documents wrapped in one PDF. You can print the component PDFs in a PDF Portfolio individually or together. PDF files would be printed in alphabetical order, regardless of the order of files. Following are instructions and a few notes about how to print PDF files in a PDF portfolio:
Open the PDF Portfolio.
If only certain PDFs need to be printed, please select those PDFs by single clicking on PDF files in PDF portfolio one by one while holding down the CTRL key.
If all of the PDF files in the opened PDF portfolio need to be printed, please don’t click on any PDF file after having opened the PDF portfolio.
Choose File > Print. You will receive a prompt as shown in below screenshot to confirm printing PDF portfolio, please hit OK to bring up the Foxit Print dialog box.
In the print dialog box, you could see how many PDF files are going to be printed this time.
Choose applicable printing options, and click OK.
You must use the native application to print any component file in PDF portfolio that is not a PDF. To open a component file in its native application, right-click the file and choose Open File in Native Application. (The native application must be installed for you to open the file.)
Some PDF files in PDF portfolio may contain attachments, you need to know that the attachments won’t be printed when you print PDF portfolio. You have to open PDF file in PDF portfolio firstly and then open each of its attached files individually and printing from there.
When you select a PDF portfolio to be printed in batch print window (File>Batch print), only the cover sheet of the PDF portfolio will be printed out.
