Internet connection is required to continue. Please check your network or contact your IT administrator.
Cause and Solution
Firstly, please check to see whether the network connection is working on your computer or not. If there is no network problem, this activation issue may be caused by the feature Disable all features which require internet connection in Foxit PhantomPDF has been turned on. Please do the following to turn off the feature Disable all features which require internet connection before you try to activate Foxit PDF Editor again:
Open Foxit PDF Editor, go to File > Preferences>General>uncheck Disable all features which require internet connection>click on OK to apply the setting.
If you cannot access the Preferences dialog box due to the trial has expired, please choose to turn off the Disable all features which require internet connection settings in Preferences dialog box via changing the registry key by doing the following prior to activating again:
Go to "Start"->"Run"-> input regedit -> find "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Foxit Software\Foxit PDF Editor 11.0\Preferences\General" ,please double click on the "bDisableInternet" string on the right panel to change its value into 1 into 0 ,click on "OK" to save the change.
