I am unable to use my Office 365 login to activate Foxit PDF Editor software. I always receive the “Fail to login！”error as following:
As the wording in the Sign In dialog, the cause is that the same office 365 email address has already been registered in Foxit system.
We could add multiple account login methods via Account Binding from within Foxit PDF Editor software or from Foxit account web page.
- From within Foxit PDF Editor software (Applicable in Version 10.x and older versions)

Please access this web page: https://account.foxit.com/ then log into your account, under Account Binding, please select the social account (E.g. Office 365) you’d like to bind.
From within Foxit PDF Editor software
Please Sign In using your Foxit account email address and password in Foxit PDF Editor software, then click the people icon at the top right corner > Personal Homepage > MY PROFILE >MY HOME >Account Binding then select the social account (E.g. Office 365) you’d like to bind.
- If you don't have the Personal Hompage option after click on the people icon, please go to File > Preferences > General > Application Startup > uncheck Disable ConnectedPDF features (Restarting application is recommended).
- ConnectedPDF features have been removed since version 11.0;
- Foxit PhantomPDF has been renamed as Foxit PDF Editor since version 11.0, you may refer to this article for more info.
