The subscription orders under your existing Foxit account could be migrated to another email address. Below are the steps.
1 Log in the app store.
2 Click on My Profile at the upper right corner.
3 Choose 'Migrate order data to a new email address'.
4 Input a new email address which wants to inherit those subscription orders from your existing Foxit account and click the Confirm to Migrate button.
5 Once you finish clicking on the Confirm to Migrate button ,a new Foxit account which is associated with the new email address should be created automatically and your subscription orders would also be migrated to the new Foxit account. You would receive two new e-mail messages in your new email address in which you could find your new Foxit account's temporary password and also a link for activating new Foxit account,please click on the link to activate new Foxit account.
6 Finally,please Log in the app store with the new email address and it's temporary password:
then click on My Orders tab where you could find your subscription orders.
Note: The newly entered email address is required to be an email address that has never been used to register a Foxit account before and you could only allowed to migrate your subscription to a new email once.If your new email address already has been used to create another Foxit account before ,you can not migrate subscription orders with the above mentioned instructions by yourself,you have to contact Foxit Support for migrating subscription orders for you.
