Sent an email over a week ago as instructed above for Resolution 2. Have so far received no assistance from Foxit Support. There seems to be no way to escalate the support ticket. :-(
Need urgent support for Resolution 2. No response nor other way to communicate
Ultimately, my problem was resolved but it required me to telephone Foxit Support (1-866-693-6948). Once I spoke to a support officer, the issue was fixed immediately. However, this was a costly solution for me because I had to make an international phone call.
It was suggested to me that I should put "URGENT" in the title of my support ticket in order to get prompt attention. Which is a bit strange to me - I wouldn't be raising a support ticket in the first place if it wasn't urgent!
Oh, y'all. This is so exhausting. We've done EVERYTHING you told us to do. But, guess what? IT DIDN'T HELP. This seems to be the newest fashion in IT support, and as a user, I have to say it's beyond frustrating and makes me yearn for the days of carbon paper and electric typewriters. PLEASE do your job!
